I finally have a chance to catch up with some mail. My box was full of e-mails! The entire 2 MB! Wow (80% were ads). I'm in Camp Cooke, Taji, northern Baghdad now, and they still don't know if this is where we're staying, so no permenant plans can be made like setting up internet service in our trailers. I still have to sneak off in the middle of the night where there aren't as many people to check my mail. All we want is a place to call home, where we can put our clothing in a dresser or something instead of living out of our duffle bags. Everyone is tired of moving around so much. Even the marines have a place to stay for 6 months at a time. New York State is treating us, the New York National Guard like step children. Let everyone know that! We get no support from our own state. Our gear suck compared to the Louisiana guys. Anyways, I'm doing good, I guess, and I now finally have an address:
